How to get a Better Night’s Sleep

Life is hard. The weeks are full with work, family commitments, events, meals to cook, and the endless rounds of cleaning. Weekends are packed with things to do, people to see, places to go. When you’re on the go so much during the day, it’s more important than ever to get a decent night’s sleep – and not just once in a blue moon, but every night if possible. •Make your bedroom a calm place

•Remove work-related things

How to give your Bathroom a Quick Makeover

So you hate your tiles. Maybe they’ve seen better days, or the colours just don’t work for you anymore. Fear not, there is no need to change the whole bathroom. Simply by using tile paint you can give your bathroom a whole new look for the fraction of the price. Tile paint comes in all sorts of colours, paint it on in one go, or use it with stencil designs if you’re really confident. Once you’ve finished, smarten it up with a tile grout pen.

Window Dressing

As most bathroom windows feature patterned glass, we are often guilty of neglecting these windows. But finish them off properly and they’ll really help to make your bathroom look inviting.
